Stuart Williams is a furniture designer who uses the
wilderness to inspire his work. Stuart designs furniture, lighting and other
miscellaneous objects, with different making processes for each. With
furniture, Stuart prints images of landscapes of the wilderness on his
furniture. The printing technique is most likely digital UV printing on a
flatbed printer. This gives the image an extremely high-quality print. He
doesn’t apply finishes, keeping his work as natural as possible. Because he now
lives in Spain, he designs his work then sends the designs to one of his
workshops in Australia.
